About Sue's Balloons
  
Sue is a CBA
(Certified Balloon Artist), a member of the (QBN) Qualatex Balloon
Network & NABAS (National Association of Balloon Artists &
Suppliers) & has been creating balloon decorations since 2000.
As
well a being a CBA Sue has attended numerous courses that cover every
aspect of the balloon business.
Best
Balloons started life as a balloon decorating company but has evolved
into a nationwide on-line retailer. We have therefore decided to create
a new company dedicated to supplying local people with helium filled
balloon decorations with a new name & a dedicated website.
